Steve is a corporate planning and development executive and consultant with more than 25 years of experience in business and financial planning, and acquisitions and divestitures. Steve holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and undergraduate/graduate degrees in the sciences. He has served as VP Planning for a $1 billion manufacturing company, and led the financial staff of another $500 million industrial group. As a senior planning and development executive working in industrial companies, Steve has closed transactions with values ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to more than $500 million. His corporate work includes helping to turn around enterprises on the brink of liquidation.
